3.5 stars… Rami Malek does a great Freddie Mercury, but… “Bohemian Rhapsody” (2018 release; 135 min.) is a bio-pic of the British band Queen, an in particular focuses on the lead singer Freddie Mercury (RIP). 3 1/2 stars. A fair representation of a legendary British rock band. Theater review. Possible spoilers. The movie’s title comes from a 6 minute song written by the rock group Queen for their 1975 album “A Night at the Opera.” It became the basis for the group’s rise in the world of recording and touring.
